Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator Senior in Grand Prairie, Texas

Description:

You will be the Subcontract Administrator Senior for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GLMRS) Material Analyst Team. Our team is responsible for tracking the material availability of all minor material feeding the GMLRS builds.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Administrator Senior, you will be working as a material analyst and buyer who is responsible for tracking procurement efforts of minor materials and placing Purchase Orders as needed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizes, plans, and directs all purchasing/material activities including general purchasing, subcontract management, resources, financial controls, and material management

• Develops and controls policies, procedures, programs, systems, and assures timely and economical procurement of all material, parts, assemblies, equipment, and services as well as the timely planning, control, and distribution of all materials, property, and customer assets required to manufacture

• Supports programs, projects, products, services, and off-site operations in compliance with government regulations and contractual commitments

• Collaborate with various functions of Lockheed Martin, including Production Operations and Quality, to achieve program goals and objectives

• Interface with suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and build relationships with key stakeholders

• Contribute to the success of high-visibility projects and make a significant impact on the program and the company

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN-The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

- Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills

- SAP and Tableau experience

- Ability to aggregate, analyze, and report complex data

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
