Responsibilities:

As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing catering strategies to achieve business goals.

• Planning and coordinating all aspects of catering events, ensuring exceptional service and quality.

• Leading vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for catering services.

• Leading and training a team of catering staff to deliver world-class service.

• Coordinating menu development while closely implementing food safety standards.

• Collaborating with clients to resolve their specific event requirements and ensuring these are met successfully.

• Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving cost efficiencies.

• Ensuring all catering operations align with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Performing other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the catering unit.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in catering management or a related hospitality role.

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
