Role Summary:

 

Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Director of Marketing is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the marketing and digital commerce teams, providing a full complement of marketing and digital commerce services to The Kendall Group business units. This responsibility involves assessing, creating and executing the company's marketing and digital strategy and related plans. The Director will then work with their respective teams and regional leadership to operationalize and execute the plan objectives. The role will also be responsible for providing leadership around Kendall's Digital channel strategies - leveraging digital technologies to refine and develop new business processes, help with cultural adoption, and creating better customer experiences necessary to meet changing business, market, and customer requirements. The role works with the leadership team to help operationalize our commercial plans and ensures all required job responsibilities are performed to the company's standards. Reporting to the Director of Marketing are the marketing and digital commerce team members.

 

Exciting work you will do:

 

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Director of Marketing will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Define and develop the marketing and digital channel strategic direction and execute a comprehensive plan aligned to the organization's goals and objectives for market and revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction

Translate the strategy into tactical plans that drive the results through team accountability

Align communication, people, culture, processes, resources, and systems to ensure effective implementation and delivery of required results with speed, agility, high standard of quality, and within budget

Build a talented team by setting high standards for personal and team success and holding team accountable by coaching, mentoring, and supporting them using effective measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop marketing and digital assets across a range of media including print, digital, social, and events platforms

Establish processes to generate customer and competitive insight; leverage insights to drive market and revenue growth
