• Pay:

• Limited License: $58,000-61,000/annually

• Full License: $62,000-68,000/annually

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

• Licensed LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc. (Limited or full license!)

• Master’s degree in SW or related field.

• Experience providing individual, family, and group counseling preferred.

Job Description:

• Program Development & Leadership:

• Provide leadership and direction in the ongoing development and enhancement of the residential treatment program(s).

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure program goals and objectives align with client needs and evidence-based practices.

• Therapeutic Facilitation:

• Lead group, individual, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Ensure a supportive and safe environment for clients to engage in therapeutic processes, while promoting healing and recovery.

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with all program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaboration with Treatment Personnel:

• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members, including counselors, social workers, medical staff, and support staff, to coordinate treatment efforts.

• Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure cohesive client care.
