Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator based in Grandview Heights, Ohio. This role functions within the industry of corporate services, providing comprehensive front desk and administrative support. The workplace environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct guests in a detail oriented and welcoming manner, ensuring positive first impressions.
• Manage scheduling of meeting rooms, ensuring optimal utilization and efficient arrangements.
• Coordinate the ordering and delivery of catering services for onsite meetings.
• Assist with the setup of audio-visual equipment for meetings, ensuring seamless presentations and discussions.
• Handle inbound telephone calls, maintaining detail-oriented phone etiquette at all times.
• Oversee the reception and sorting of mail, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.
• Manage the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, keeping track of inventory levels.
• Schedule necessary services for HVAC and other office equipment, ensuring a conducive work environment.
• Maintain a well-organized calendar, effectively managing appointments and schedules.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, supporting the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Audio Visual technology is required.
• Experience in Catering services is desirable.
• Skilled in coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
• Ability to maintain inventory of office supplies and perform basic office tasks.
• Experience in providing back office support is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to assist and direct guests in a detail oriented manner.
• Proficiency in answering and managing multi-line phone system.
• Ability to direct phone calls and handle inbound telephone calls efficiently.
• Must provide full phone coverage with excellent phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with phone operations and systems is a must.
• Should possess a pleasant phone manner and detail oriented phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
