Warren, Washington, & Albany Counties ARC Direct Support Professional in Granville, New York

One of our residential programs located in Granville, NY has a Part Time 20- hours Direct Support Professional (DSP) position available. The schedule for this position is Sunday 3pm-8pm, Monday 1pm-8pm, Tuesday 12pm-8pm. The rate of pay is $17.00 per hour. This is an hourly position, and should you be interested - overtime is available. DSPs support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. This can include but is not limited to assisting the people with getting ready for the day or going to bed, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community - and just plain have fun while making a difference! Our DSPs are required to be 18 years of age and we prefer them to have a valid driver’s license, and High School Diploma or equivalent, but these are not required. No experience necessary and we provide extensive paid training. Shift Differentials and a DSP Sign-on Bonus (for Full-Time 40 hour/Part-Time & 30-hour DSPs) are available for some programs/locations/positions.
