Job Description Drive determination of root causes for materials and planning challenges Work closely with plant associates to collect appropriate and accurate data Develop and implement corrective actions Document and present best practices and implementation plan to upper management Required Skills What skills are necessary for this role? Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment Able to work independently as well as in a team setting Strong analytical skills and motivation Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills Required Experience Experience in problem solving and investigational techniques with proven experience in driving to continuous improvement. Understanding of Materials, Planning, and Logistics it a plus. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
