Job Summary

Teach developmental mathematics. Teach transfer level mathematics courses if qualified.

Required Qualification(s)

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field for developmental level mathematics courses.

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Master’s degree in Mathematics Education, or a Master’s degree in a related discipline with at least 18 graduate hours of Math courses for transfer level mathematics courses.

Desired Qualification(s)

Knowledge and experience in teaching developmental and/or transfer level mathematics.

Experience using graphing calculators.

Summary of Essential Functions

Teaching developmental mathematics and/or transfer level Mathematics courses. Mathematics courses are offered in both days and evenings during the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms at our Grayslake, Vernon Hills, and Waukegan campuses. Courses are also offered Friday evening and Saturday morning.
