Lead Stone InstallerPremier interior design finish provider in Great Falls, MT is looking for a Lead Stone Installer to add to their growing team. The Lead Stone Installer will manage a small 2-to-3-person crew responsible for the overall successful installation of natural stone and engineered quartz surfaces including countertops, backsplashes, undermount sinks, and various stone accessories and trim. Lead Installer will set up and operate a variety of stone machines and use various hand and power tools to handle, transport, install and repair stone surfaces. Duties:Job planning to ensure all necessary material is loaded on the truck.Material handling of stone surfaces to loan and unload, transport and lift into jobsite (company truck has a crane for easier transport).Installation of stone surfaces.Onsite fabrication of stone surfaces to ensure tight fit and customization. Demolition of existing countertops, backsplash, and other surfaces as needed. Verify all components are installed level, plumb, orientation and location. Operate machines such as drill, grinder, polisher, router, vacuum grips, and small power tools. Join seam stone, drill holes for faucets and grommets, polish and seal stone surfaces. Install plumbing fixtures such as undermount sinks (no plumbing of water lines required).Communicate with customers and team members to include sales, CAD, fabrication and admin. Use of technology / software including ActionFlow, Outlook, and iphone. Compose job reports to include photos.
