About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will have theopportunity to provide compassionate support to our residents duringdaily activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, with professionalism and courtesy.
• Document care clearly and accurately, supporting our residents unique needs and well-being.
• Collaborate with fellow Resident Care Aides (RCAs) to foster a team-focused atmosphere and ensure all tasks are completed.
• Contribute to a welcoming, stress-minimized environment using techniques that respect residents individuality.

Shift: Full-time evening shift (2 pm - 10 pm), with availability every other weekend.

Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of a state-approved CNA program, along with a high school diploma or GED.
• Certification: Current state Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), good judgment, time-management abilities, and basic computer skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift residents and engage in bending, stretching, standing, and walking for extended periods.
