Summary of Position

Field BizzTech Supervisors are responsible for handling a team of highly skilled Safety Technicians. He/she is primarily responsible for enhancing the quality of services that are being provided to the customers. Field BizzTech Supervisors are the first line of leadership to support their teams and strive to promote high company standards and ensure policies are adhered to. They are also responsible for developing regional markets and supporting other regions through Business Development.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-Time - Must be able to work some nights & weekends

  • Hourly rate TBD upon offer

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Research, organize, and attend events to promote On-Site

  • Travel WILL be required

  • Able to increase existing customer service numbers and goals

  • Able to complete protocol setup with customers and hit protocol goals

  • Work with the safety technicians and evaluate their performance in the field

  • Supervise Technicians and communicate with FSMs

  • Supervise and communicate with Field Supervisors

  • Work with Communications Manager/Director of Operations to resolve conflicts in the field

  • Work with Dispatch to address scheduling issues

  • Prepares and monitors weekly/monthly team meetings

  • Conducts peer reviews on Field Technicians

    Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor regional supply needs

  • Provide reports and communicate with the FSMs

  • Assist with Fleet Management and scheduling

  • Fill in for Region FSM in their absence

  • Monitor schedules and adjust to limit overtime

  • Responsible for compliance of Technicians of all Company Policies & Procedures in the region

  • Actively operate within the CRM system

  • Independently Set and Complete tasks in CRM

  • Maintain productive standard of KPI’s which include but not limited to: Phone Calls, Site Visits, In-Services, Emails and MDO drop off

Qualifications:

  • Must reside or relocate to Maryland by March 1, 2025

  • Must have an outstanding attendance record

  • Must follow all company polices and procedures and have minimal documented errors or disciplinary action

  • Must have a good history of consistent, professional, personal appearance including vehicle maintenance

  • Must demonstrate the ability to stay motivated and take initiative to complete tasks

  • Must maintain a high level of leadership

  • Must maintain CPR certification at the Healthcare Provider level

  • Must be willing to adhere to policies regarding facial grooming standards, in order to comply

with the standard set forth by the governing body
