North Range Behavioral Health believes no one should fight behavioral health challenges alone. Our experienced, well-trained Adult Outpatient team works alongside an integrated team of mental health and substance use professionals. Clinicians are cross-trained in the treatment of both voluntary and legally involved clients, via individual, group, case management, and couple s therapy. This team provides a solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and/or motivational interview approach to bring about positive transformations in a shorter amount of time
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues, utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines. Develop and update strength-based treatment plans, continuing care plans, and discharge summaries; make timely referrals. Observe clients, assess diagnoses and mental status, and implement treatment plans based on clients needs and functioning levels. Collaborate with clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care. Work with clients on safety planning, symptom management, support system identification, and risk mitigation. Teach clients behavioral skills, coping strategies, and problem-solving techniques to improve well-being and daily functioning. Support evidence-based practices to ensure effective interventions within the program. Provide case management and refer clients to additional resources (e.g., vocational, medical, housing, residential treatment). Maintain accurate electronic health records, ensuring ethical coding and billing in compliance with agency standards.
