Our Care Coordinators administer nursing care to our assist living residents, by assessing their health problems and needs to develop and implement their nursing care plans. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Clinical and supervisory experience preferred. Basic computer skills and knowledge required. Current/valid State of Wisconsin RN License and CPR certification required.
