Our Registered Nurses administer skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting with periodic assessment and action to monitor changes in condition. Assess resident health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Oversees LPN and CNA staff to ensure quality of care and performance expectations is met. Overall oversight of custodial care is needed in this long-term care setting.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and curent/valid State of Wisconsin RN License rquired. CPR Certification required. Clinical and supervisor experience as well as basic computer skills strongly preferred.
