JOB REQUIREMENTS: DIVISION:50BRKTH BreakthroughPOSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an entry-level Analytics Engineer I to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance analytics solutions. You will work on analytic data modeling, building efficient ETL processes, and seamless integrations with SaaS products and visualization tools, gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role will be located on-site in Green Bay, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Development: * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. * Contribute to development tasks under the guidance of senior team members. Architectural Design: * Work closely with team members and other product leads to understand requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the overall success of the product. Technical Excellence: * Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development. * Participate in code reviews and learn from more senior engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code. * Contribute to the creation and execution of unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code. * Learn and adhere to development best practices. * Identify and address technical challenges, seeking guidance when needed, and collaborate with the team to find effective solutions. Innovation: * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaboration: * Working with senior, staff, and principal engineers, contribute to the improvement of development processes. * Embrace mentorship from senior team members and participate in training programs. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g, physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience. Prior internship experience as a data or analytics engineer, with a focus on a combination of data modeling and engineering. Knowledge of multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, specifically Python, dbt, SQL, Databricks, Apache Beam, Spark, and BigQuery. Knowledge of data architectures, security best practices, and data integration concepts.
