Job Title: CMM Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CMM Programmer who will be responsible for programming the CMM machine using PC-DMIS software. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the quality lab and shop floor, ensuring smooth operations and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Program the CMM machine with PC-DMIS software (Hexagon brand).

  • Document setup and operational procedures for inspectors and machinists.

  • Collaborate with machinists and quality technicians to solve problems with part accuracy.

  • Maintain all gauges and calibration.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in PC-DMIS software.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Experience with PPAP documentation.

  • Understanding of GD&T.

  • 2+ years of experience in programming CMM with PC-DMIS software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Calypso CMM is a plus.

Work Environment

Our production and custom job shop is diverse, working across multiple industries, resulting in varied and dynamic projects. You may work on producing 50 tractor hubs and axles one day, 1,000 bearings the next, and 2 transmission valve housings and 8 stainless air diaphragms for hydro tanks another day. Currently, we have 70 employees and 35 machines, with six new machines recently added. We handle a lot of subcontract work for government contracts. This position is for the 1st shift, 7 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00
