Job Title: Chemical Compounding OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints. The ideal candidate will follow the Batch Ticket to produce products according to customer and company specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Produce batches of coatings and paints following Batch Ticket specifications.

  • Ensure products meet customer and company standards.

  • Mix, blend, and compound chemicals accurately.

  • Maintain good manufacturing practices (GMP).

  • Keep accurate batch records and documentation.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in batching, blending, sanitation, or manufacturing with liquid-based products.

  • Positive attendance record.

  • Knowledge of chemical mixing and compounding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in chemical manufacturing or food manufacturing is a plus.

  • Ability to operate batching and blending equipment.

Work Environment

The work environment includes shifts from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday to Thursday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Training will occur from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week for all shifts. Employees can work 40 hours plus a week, with almost unlimited overtime available on a volunteer basis. Overtime is optional, and some employees work up to 80 hours a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $23.75
