Job Description

The Converting Technical Specialist will lead efforts that identify and drive out loss themes across converting equipment. The Specialist will also lead the effort to establish proven standards and systems, and have practical application knowledge of all quality systems and work system methodologies. They will alsoresource project and initiative process definition and develop technical capability within the business to drive business results.

Job Qualifications

Communication Skills: Oral and written to communicate results and plans

Leadership: Able to align and lead others to achieve goals

Information Technology: Able to learn/use required applications (Excel, SAP, etc)
