This position will be working out of one of our Foth offices or a US-Based Remote work from home location. Position Overview: The primary focus of this position is to lead projects for improving existing packaging systems and integrating new packaging systems for our clients. In this role, you will be involved with all phases of the project execution cycle from concept through execution. While performing the primary tasks associated with this position, within scope, schedule and budget, you will be asked to lead the following efforts: Existing Packaging Systems - Auditing & data analysis - Solution development - Documentation updating/development and management New Packaging Systems - Scoping - Estimating - Scheduling - Design development - Installation - On-Site commissioning - Performance testing - Documentation development and management Primary objectives of this position include presenting proposals and information to both internal and external audiences and coaching, delegating to, and mentoring other engineers and designers.
