Entry Level Concrete Laborer

Job Description

Join our team as a general laborer for a concrete company responsible to build underground piping and retaining walls for highways. You will engage in tasks such as assembling rebar to fit inside molds for pipes, moving and dragging finished parts to the finishing area, and using hand sanders to finish concrete products. Understanding and interpreting basic blueprints is crucial to ensure each project is built accurately according to specifications.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

You will be working in a manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled. Will be warmer in the summer and colder in the winter. The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, starting at 5am or 6am until the day's tasks are complete, typically lasting 8-10 hours. Enjoy a great work-life balance with work from Monday to Friday and no weekend shifts.
