Join our management team that leads the development and production of our Mission Computer Display Systems (MCDS) Products in the Tactical Systems Portfolio. One of the responsibilities in this role will be driving the day to day coordination and management of our Mission Computing and Display Systems products to meet our customer s needs.

The role will perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects or programs. Track progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives. The role may also support new business development activities and participate in developing strategic and financial plans for assigned business area.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field with at least 4 years experience (2 years with a Master's degree)

Essential Functions:

  • Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or collection of projects.

  • Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives.

  • Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company.

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth.

  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;

  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers;

  • Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents;

  • Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations;

  • Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule;

  • Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ownership, accountability, ethics, safety and security.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $100680 - $171120

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
