Description:

MRI Technologist, PRN Various Shifts position with Good Samaritan Hospital, Greensboro, GA

Position Purpose:

MRI Technologist PRN to work in the Radiology Department at Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, Georgia. This position will help fill in the schedule for vacations and other open schedule needs. Various shifts- Various Days.

What you will do:

  • Under the direction of the technical supervisor/team leader, the imaging assistant is responsible for direct patient care activities and clerical duties as assigned by MRI.

  • direct patient flow through the department,

  • greet and escort/transport patients within the imaging department and back to the patient room or Emergency Department.

What you will need:

  • Licensure/Certification/Registration : registered or registry eligible with ARRT (MR)

  • Must have current BLS thru American Heart Association.

  • Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.

  • Experience: One year experience in hospital environment preferred and to demonstrate Radiological technology competence
