Description

4-Month Contract-To-Hire

The primary responsibility is to estimate the cost of trade show booths, brand spaces, events, and associated show services. This involves analyzing project requirements, reviewing design renderings, and communicating with sales teams and various departments to ensure accurate estimates that align with client expectations and project goals.

-(8 hours a week) Engage with sales teams and directly communicate with clients to thoroughly understand their visions, goals, and expectations for the trade show booth, brand space, and event projects. Discuss project objectives, desired outcomes, branding guidelines, budget constraints, and any specific requirements or preferences the client may have.

-(8 hours a week) Carefully review all project requirements, including design renderings, technical specifications, and any additional documentation provided by the client or sales teams. Analyze the scope of work, materials needed, spatial constraints, and any other factors that may impact the project's execution. Compile itemized pricing for material, labor time/cost, anticipated waste, error margins, overhead availability, outsourcing, and all other expenses.

-(15 hours a week) Generate accurate cost estimates for the trade show booth, brand spaces, and event projects based on the client's expectations and project requirements. Utilize estimating tools, previous projects, databases, and industry knowledge to determine the cost of materials, labor, equipment, anticipated waste, error margins, overhead availability, and other expenses associated with the project to include current market pricing of all materials.

-(9 hours a week)Work closely with Engineering team to ensure structural integrity is maintained in a cost-effective manner. Attend kick-off meetings, provide guidance to Design team on materials and fabrication methods, and provide advice on materials and vendors. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Graphics/Tailoring, Account Services, and Sales teams to validate estimation models.

-Clear understanding of the client's visions, goals, and expectations for the trade show booth or brand space project. This includes a detailed comprehension of project objectives, branding guidelines, budget constraints, and any specific requirements or preferences articulated by the client.

-Comprehensive review and understanding of all project requirements, including design renderings, technical specifications, and documentation

provided by the client or sales teams. This results in a thorough assessment of the project scope, materials needed, spatial constraints, and any other factors that may impact project execution

-Accurate, comprehensive, and realistic estimates that align with client expectations and project requirements. Cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses are provided.

-Minimal design reworks. Realistic materials are provided that are accurate to fabrication practices. Estimates use standardized verbiage and verified dimensions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
