Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Greensboro, NC area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are an HVAC Journeyman and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Residential change out work

• Perform routine maintenance

• Meet local HVAC codes

• Remove & install HVAC equipment including: air conditioning units, duct systems, and electrical components

• Wire low & line voltage to heating, and cooling equipment

• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units including soldering, and brazing

• Ensure gas lines to heating equipment are connected properly

• Install energy efficient thermostats

• Test and troubleshoot new installations

• Maintain & repair HVAC systems and equipment

• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA

• Maintain a detailed inventory of all hvac equipment and resources

• HVAC Service

Requirements

• Basic Hand Tools for the Trade

• Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
