A Manufacturing Product Preparation Engineer is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This role is responsible for transitioning products from development to full production readiness by coordinating with development teams, ensuring product verification, managing requirements, and supporting smooth integration into production.

responsibilities:

• Ensure Product Development and Technology teams deliver a product verified and aligned with the company's Production System and Future Factory Concept.

• Establish clear and shared product requirements for a dedicated area of responsibility.

• Coordinate and trigger activities of Manufacturing Solution Engineers within production.

• Ensure product changes are introduced into the industrial system without disturbances, meeting set targets.

• Create requirements and specifications for production test tools, working with development teams or product test engineers.

• May develop and define product support plans.

Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
