VF Corporation Senior Director, Finance Transformation in Greensboro, North Carolina

SENIOR DIRECTOR, FINANCE TRANSFORMATION: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family

How You Will Make a Difference:

•Lead the execution and change management of VF’s finance transformation. Proactively manage risk, drive transformational change to achieve, and drive process improvement

•Help drive strategic architecture and roadmap for financial applications including delivery of finance digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with Enterprise Technology

•Work with Finance systems lead, Finance stakeholders and Tech partners to identify finance technology needs and applications across all regions and brands

•Oversee the planning, implementation & tracking of Finance transformation projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives

•Establish & maintain transformation and data governance structures to ensure projects and systems are executed within agreed-upon frameworks and standards

•Ensure clear, timely and effective communication across all levels of the organization (also outside Finance Org) regarding Finance transformation progress, challenges and outcomes

•Provide line of sight to Senior executives on transformation progresses and coordinate key ‘sign-off meetings’

•Drive cultural change within the Finance function to embrace change mindset, innovation and continuous improvement

Educational / Position Requirements:

•Background/experience in overseeing & orchestrating large scale transformation & change programs

•Strong experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks & delivering on strategic objectives

•Strong ability to link transformation initiatives (process automation, financial system upgrades, etc.) to overall Finance and corporate strategy, ensuring initiatives drive financial performance

•In-depth knowledge of financial technologies and tools that can improve reporting, automation, and data analytics for public companies

•Expertise in managing Project Management Office (PMO) activities, including milestone tracking & Senior Leadership Team alignment

Hiring Range :

$179,200.00 USD - $224,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.

Long-Term Incentive Potential : This position is eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Specific details of the plan will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
