Summary:

Qorvo is seeking a Sr Business Process Analyst candidate excited for a fast-paced environment and strategic partnership within the business.

This position will focus on forecast management in IBP as well as master data used for customer orders/shipments as well as forecasting.

This position will work closely with internal customers Sales, Demand Management, Business Units, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work with Business Units to monitor master data and monitor forecast data in IBP

  • Responsible for the monthly process of passing the forecast from IBP to SAP

  • Works closely with Demand Management and Planning on the transfer of data from IBP to SAP

  • Considered an Expert in various aspects of SAP ERP system to support the OTC Workstream

    • Master Data, interfaces, reports, transactions to support Inside Sales, Finance, Credit, etc.
  • Liaison between Qorvo IT and internal/external customers to support and improve our OTC processes

  • Manages projects of varying complexity within CCDF Support using Agile/similar methods, typically owning one or more of our project support functions*:

    • Creates detailed Business Requirement Document/User Stories based on internal/external customer request
    • Creates Test Plans designed to ensure rigor and stability of released processes
    • Supports and/or coordinates User Acceptance Testing
    • Provides documentation and/or training materials to support the process
  • Presents ideas or findings to Qorvo peers and management, sometimes including external customers

  • Trains peers and associates as needed to foster cross-organization learning

  • Performs complex data analyses using queries, reports, other forms of data mining tools to understand trends and/or solve problems through root-cause analyses

  • Supports critical Master Data (Customer, Pricing, etc.) as well as resolves issues for Inside Sales, either through direct support or trouble-shooting methods. Daily responsibilities vary as this role supports a complex and rapidly changing business environment.

Qualifications:

  • Requires proficiency in Excel and SAP. IBP and PowerBi experience is a plus

  • Strength in forecasting process and master data structure.

  • Abilityto understand customer demand as it relates to forecasting and the order to cash process

  • Excellent problem solving skills and decision making ability

  • Requires sound communication and customer relations skills

  • Must be fluent in writtenEnglish while effective incommunicating with Global teams as well.

  • Direct relevant experience required, experience of 5+ years preferable

  • Bachelors degree required
