A Test Rig Operator is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This role involves performing and validating tests, optimizing efficiency, and independently managing tasks, with a Class A CDL required.

responsibilities:

• Prepare, perform, and validate testing activities.

• Ensure all tests are carried out efficiently.

• Validate test results.

• Minimize installation time and optimize test cycle efficiency in test cells.

• Produce useful data for engineering purposes and follow up activities.

• Establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
