**SUMMARY: In order to realize the purpose of manpower service, under the company's policies and procedures, complete the work of employee personnel procedures, payroll and social security, as well as personnel file management. In order to maintain the company's production order and protect the rights and interests of the company's employees after work-related injuries, carry out the work-related injury declaration, medical claims, grade appraisal, and employee compensation in accordance with the laws and regulations related to work-related injuries of the state and North Carolina. At the same time, we also carry out outreach work such as environmental and occupational monitoring declaration, occupational disease appraisal, and employees' occupational physical examination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for handling personnel procedures such as employee entry, departure, retirement, change, and regularization in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Strictly in accordance with the company's policies and labor laws and regulations, the implementation of employee labor contracts, internship agreements, labor agreements signed, renewed, lifted, terminated and so on.
  • Update and maintain the core personnel information of E-HR system according to the company's policy.
  • Regular auditing of E-HR core personnel information and tracking and counseling of core personnel module issues.
  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of personnel dynamic reports.
  • Responsible for the declaration and processing of employees' social insurance and commercial insurance.
  • Responsible for the issuance and management of labor insurance supplies.
  • Responsible for the issuance of welfare.
  • Responsible for the management of employee personnel files.
  • Declare, implement, maintain and manage environmental and occupational monitoring according to the company's operational needs.
  • According to the requirements of occupational health monitoring, declare, organize, carry out and feedback the results of occupational physical examination for relevant work types.
  • Based on the results of medical examination, transfer the employees with occupational contraindications after internal coordination.
  • Based on the results of medical examination, identify, declare, pay compensation and follow-up management of occupational diseases.
  • Responsible for appraisal, declaration, medical treatment and compensation of employees' work injuries.
  • Responsible for the construction, maintenance and updating of occupational health records.
  • Accept the company audit and actively improve.
  • Completing other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
