Job Description

Summary:

Provides data management oversight and oversite of master data maintenance processes. Business Lead for SAP enhancements or systems integration impacting Supply Chain and Operations processes. Works closely with people at all levels in the organization and plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and advancing business performance.

Functions:

• Provides leadership to assigned team by performing the following: leading organizational change; developing and empowering staff; cultivating relationships; putting staff in a position to succeed, meeting their personal career goals while also achieving organizational goals; building effective teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals; driving engagement and creating a climate where team members are motivated to do their best.

• Define policies, standards, and procedures for master data and planning systems.

• Establish data quality metrics for master data and monitor performance to evaluate data quality and compliance. Be responsible for data cleansing and standardization activities.

• Ensures efficiency improvement of master data processes and ensures the maintenance and improvement of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Identifies and coordinates key collaborators for Corporate, Site or Client requests for developing SAP data digitalization solutions

• Lead or participate in major change initiatives impacting Supply Chain processes and systems

• Coordinate a center of excellence team (SAP and system experts) who support systems and processes impacting site performance. Coordinate with SAP SMEs to ensures site SAP training solution aligns with current business use.

• Point Of Contact to help deepen understanding of SAP functionality and the use in business processes

• Prepare and conduct SAP Access Audits

• Works in a safe and responsible manner in order to create an injury-free and incident-free workplace.

• Aligns with all job-related safety and other training requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, operations management, or engineering is required

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of business experience supporting manufacturing business operations and minimum 5 years ERP solutions or implementation is preferred (SAP ECC6 and or SAP S/4HANA).

Equivalency :

Equivalent combinations of education, training, and meaningful work experience may be considered.

Sufficient knowledge of SAP systems and design and their business purposes with emphasis on MDM/MM/P-PPI modules. Excellent knowledge of business processes and standard methodologies in manufacturing operations. Focused on results by emphasizing delivery of measureable business benefits aligned with clearly defined key performance indicators. Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and quality of service. Self-starter, mature, independent and dependable. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task and is a self starter. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Requires discretion and independent judgment. Very high degree of interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.
