REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 09/23/2024-05/02/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 6 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties.  JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will process soybean. Must be able to work long hours, where conditions may be hot and humid, the majority of the workday is spent on ones feet. Must be able to lift 68lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 68lbs. Workers may be required to submit to random drug tests at the discretion of the employer. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.
