We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the construction industry, operating from our location in GREENVILLE, South Carolina. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be involved in various projects, including data entry, form creation, and video production for training purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Execute data entry tasks with a focus on account-related information

• Create simplified Word forms for contracts, utilizing mail merge from Excel to fill in required fields

• Develop training videos by recording accounting processes, requiring basic technology skills and content creation

• Manage the reconciliation of accounts to maintain accurate records

• Process invoices using software tools like SAP

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and data management.

Requirements

• Strong Data Entry skills for accurate and efficient input of financial information

• Knowledge of Invoice Processing to handle vendor invoices and payment processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet management and financial analysis

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for handling bookkeeping and accounting tasks

• Experience with SAP for managing business operations and customer relations
