Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator to join the team of one of their top customers in the energy industry. Below is an overview of the daily responsibilities:

• Key point of contact for specific regions to review and assign incoming demand to the appropriate service center based on customer need and shop capacity (1000 demands per year)

• Partner with Region PM or Sales team members to ensure accurate and complete job information is provided & understood, facilitating optimum placement with the network.

• Participate in weekly operating/production calls; be an accurate conduit of information and help set

expectations with the region, based on service center capacity & capability.

• Ownership of repairs demand logistics cycle from shipment to hub/service center, and back, to meet shop required material dates and customer promise date.

• Create Sales Orders for Steam Generators in shop repairs at different U.S. sites

• Partner with Leader to provide full coverage if they are unavailable. This will include participation in weekly calls, demand case & master tracker maintenance.

Additional Scope:

The Customer Fulfillment Specialist will use imagination, skill and drive to identify improvement

opportunities for critical practices and processes in Repairs Optimization, and will become an

active contributor and leader to the development and implementation:

• Proactively initiative and/or participate in any new Optimization initiative as directed.

• Develop Quality work instructions to capture and operationalize the process steps.

• Drive lessons learned culture across organization

Skills and Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Order Management, Demand Fulfillment or Operations, preferably within Manufacturing Industry

* Experience with project management, operations, and fulfillment

* Experience with an ERP system * Proven ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others across a matrix organization

* structure

* Experience with process re-engineering/simplification; able to translate operational and financial

* requirements into intelligent reports and tools

* Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex business issues

* Strong project management skills

* Overall proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access database tools

* Bachelor's or Associates in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university. High school diploma is acceptable as well. null
