This is a full time, hybrid role with our office in Greenville, SC. This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. 

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Financial Analyst to support financial planning, operational efficiencies, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience in e-commerce and distribution environments, a passion for problem-solving, and a track record of driving financial process improvements in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Analysis & Strategy:

  • Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to support decision-making across e-commerce and distribution operations.

  • Analyze profitability by product, channel, and customer, providing actionable insights to enhance margins and reduce costs.

  • Evaluate the financial impact of key growth strategies, such as new product launches and operational efficiencies.

  • E-Commerce Performance:

  • Partner with e-Commerce teams to assess financial and operational KPIs, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.

  • Analyze pricing strategies, promotions, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

  • Support initiatives to optimize order fulfillment costs and streamline digital operations.

  • Financial Process Improvement:

  • Lead efforts to improve financial processes related to supply chain and distribution operations, including inventory tracking, cost allocation, and vendor payment workflows.

  • Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to streamline financial tracking and support decision-making across departments.

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process automation to enhance accuracy and operational alignment.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a financial business partner to operations, merchandising, and marketing teams.

  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic initiatives.

  • Assist with evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to support scalability.

  • Growth-Focused Initiatives:

  • Support M&A activities, feasibility studies, and market entry strategies.

  • Conduct scenario analysis to align growth objectives with financial performance.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving profitability and long-term sustainability.

    Who You Are:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • MBA or CFA preferred.

  • Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on e-Commerce or apparel distribution.

  • Hands-on experience driving financial process improvements and implementing process automation.

  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize e-Commerce sales and operational performance.

  • Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data visualization.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present financial data clearly to diverse stakeholders.

  • Preferred Skills: 

  • Knowledge of e-Commerce analytics platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Google Analytics).

  • Familiarity with apparel industry metrics, trends, and inventory management practices.

  • Experience with cost accounting and logistics optimization.
