What You'll Do:

• Company lead for securing and technical execution of power plant consulting projects

• Recognized as Industry Expert in areas of TG Advisers’ service offerings; principal consultants’ resumes are selling points to perspective and existing clients

• Main firm point of contact with perspective and existing clients, ensure consistent communications and immediate attention to concerns

• Ensure risk levels of projects are in line with target company risk profiles

• Actively leverage company efforts to market to additional prospective or existing clients – facilitate technical presentations and demonstrate capabilities and offerings

• Interpret client needs, develop proposals, and ensure technical and business objectives are met

• Work with team and complete technical challenge sessions to ensure success of client meetings

• Address project scope or schedule concerns reported to management

• Mentors and serves as subject matter expert in respective areas for TG Advisers team

• Field project execution and business development travel up to approximately 10-15% which may

require short notice and off hours to address emergent client needs and energy market schedule

Required Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering (or greater)

• Significant demonstrated related job experience

• Proficient in applicable TGA engineering calculations, assessments, and analysis

• Proactive, resourceful and highly motivated with exceptional communication skills and ability to work and drive business development in a high output environment

• Track record of consistent exceptional client project feedback and demonstrated project leadership success

• Superior written and oral communication skills

• Timely and weekly time keeping.

• Travel as required to support projects and business development initiatives

• Professional engineering license and advanced degree are preferred

• This position pays between $130,000 and $150,000 annually and is an exempt position. This role can also be filled at multiple levels. Individual pay is determine based on experience levels and work location.
