Location: Greenville SC

What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic Production Engineering Planning Organization as a Project Management Planning Operations (PMPO) Representative. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the planning leadership team and associates to drive process improvements and ensure the seamless execution of planning activities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and play a key role in advancing our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate key projects aimed at enhancing planning processes and improving operational efficiency

- Facilitate and manage weekly activities, including SITREPs, staff meetings, and project status updates

- Work collaboratively in a team setting, partnering with experienced Manufacturing Engineers (ME's) at levels 4 and 5 to drive projects that directly influence planning capabilities for 2024 and beyond

- Interpret blueprints and technical documents to support project initiatives

- Utilize tools like JEDI, SFM, and QADS to execute tasks and report on project progress

- Generate and analyze metrics to effectively communicate project milestones and achievements

- Support and contribute to Integrated Corrective Action Request (ICAR) activities, ensuring continuous improvement and operational success

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional in production engineering planning and project management, with a strong track record in driving process improvements and operational excellence. You bring expertise in F-16 build processes and are skilled at interpreting blueprints and technical documents. Proficient in tools like JEDI, SFM, and QADS, you excel in generating and analyzing metrics to effectively manage projects. Collaborative and results-driven, you work well with senior engineers to enhance long-term planning capabilities. Your commitment to continuous improvement, demonstrated through your support of ICAR activities, makes you a valuable team member eager to contribute to innovative projects that shape our future operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 Years Aviation Experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working in a Team Environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
