Maintenance Technician - Split Shift

Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Process work orders to conduct preventative maintenance and repairs of facility and equipment ensuring all activities are properly documented.
• Inspect and maintain safety controls to ensure all equipment operates in a safe manner.
• Support production personnel on proper operation and use of equipment.
• Read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, specifications, codes, electrical formulas, and handbooks.
• Fabricate, weld, and cut with a torch.
• Operate lathe, milling machine and drill press as required.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment, including:

-Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.

- PLC Ladder logic (ability to program is a plus).

- Solder and build cable assemblies.

- Servo and variable frequency drives.

• Use and understand NEC Electrical Code Book.
• Operate powered equipment including, but not limited to, cranes, forklifts, work savers, platform lifts and aerial lifts.
