Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative is accountable for performing front reception and general clerical functions to include greeting patients, timely answering and transferring of phone calls; taking of phone messages, checking patients in, verifying demographics, registering/attending patients into electronic system, and collecting time of service receipts. Serves as custodian of records that contain professional confidential information. Utilizes the computer system. Serves as first point of contact to the care team.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with rotating Sat urgent care clinic; 76hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
