JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support team during dealer issues investigation

• Contribute with proper information and proposal for improvement

• Manage dealer issues and KPIs

• Review customer complaint list

• Manage customer expectation and problem resolution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor"s degree

• Willing to take 2 year degree with 12+ years of experience (Internships will be counted as part of experience)

• Willing to take Master"s degree with 8+ years of experience

• Quality core tools (8D, PPAP, 5 Whys)

• Internal Audit experience

• Communication Skills

• Time management
