Site Cook - GrotonProvide food services preparation and delivery at sites serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years; includes food preparation, cleaning, tracking, monitoring and reporting; ensuring food service delivery adheres to USDA CACFP, Health Department, HACCP, OCFS, Head Start Performance Standards and Department regulations, guidelines and procedures. Incorporate the food services needs of individual children, as defined in Nutrition Health Plans. Support program nutrition and educational goal plans; such as incorporating LANA curriculum into food service delivery.
