Role Summary As Commercial Manager - AMR, you will work as a member of the sales organization in both a commercial and technical role to drive growth of autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions within the North American GSM function. Your role includes a range of activities which are focused on pre-sales development, pre-qualification of opportunities and general sales enablement for our sellers and market access partners. We are looking for acumen for both AMR technologies and commercial strategy development to grow sales. You will report into the NA ITD Team, within Global Sales and Marketing. What You Will Do: You will help develop and execute the commercial strategy of AMRs and articulate the alignment with broader Rockwell Automation strategies. You will understand the BU strategy for OTTO Motors and how they drive the strategy in the marketplace. You will develop a scalable GTM partner strategy within our channel. You will build trust, advise, and demonstrate the value of our solutions, our brand, and our business for prospective customers and market access partners. You will collaborate with Commercial Marketing for all external commercial messaging, launches, campaigns, brand awareness, etc. You will understand customer goals and KPI's You will articulate differentiators and values versus competition for Rockwell Automation autonomous mobile robot solutions. You will participate in commercial initiatives across the portfolio that provide commercial advantages relative to competitive offerings. You will collaborate with sales, application consultants, domain experts, delivery / engineering, services, and your peer regional team members to assess and respond to new sales opportunities. You will participate in development of sales enablement materials and processes to support broad competency development within the GIA organization You will communicate market intelligence to develop strategies for growth and to inform our product management organization to improve the market success of our existing and future products.
