Install, wire, and troubleshoot all electrical components. Assemble a variety of different electrical components. Duties and Responsibilities: Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled. Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical components. Troubleshoot both 12 V DC and 110V AC circuitry. Troubleshoot all systems. Repair defects. Report repetitive quality issues. Be able to use hand and air tools as required. Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, orders, or reports. Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits. Test product to ensure conformance to specifications. Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to drawings specifications Read and interpret instructions, assemble parts and use tools to fit electronic components. Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices including, but not limited to volt meters and test lights. 2-5 Years experience in manufacturing Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards. Understand relationship between voltage, current, and resistance. Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools. Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun. Complete understanding of both 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry. Ability to use basic mathematics. Must have good knowledge of automotive electronics.
