What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Environmental Design to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and work alongside our highly collaborative design team across various aspects of work-implementing big ideas and creating innovative consumer-driven experiences. As an Intern in Environmental Design at JLL, you will: Support the team in design implementation from concept to design development Participate in team meetings with highly collaborative professionals Support color and material specification needs Schedule vendors for material presentations as appropriate Maintain and organize Material Library as appropriate Program Details Dates: January 8, 2024 - August 23, 2024 Location: Columbus, OH | Hybrid Education, Skills, and Experience Pursuant or completed Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture Strong 3D computer modeling skills are required (Sketchup Preferred) Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills are required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong rendering skills are required Basic AutoCad skills are required Knowledge of the range of design principles and aesthetics Knowledge of furnishings, materials, and equipment Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong follow up and follow through JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
