Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of developers providing technical guidance and support and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams analyze requirements design and develop solutions and perform code reviews. Additionally you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues mentor junior team members and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between USD ($110kp/a - $120kp/a) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
