Exact Staff is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our client in Grove City, OH! This role involves order picking, pallet building, and loading products onto trailers using specialized equipment.

• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 PM -- 4:30 AM

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

• Order picking experience
• Electric pallet jack experience
• Raymond & Crown reach truck experience
• Stand-up forklift operation
• Loading experience
• RF scanner experience
• Must wear steel-toed boots
• Strong work history (assignments/positions must be 9 months or longer)
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing -- voice equipment is in English)

Job Responsibilities:

• Use Vocollect Voice Equipment to navigate warehouse locations using pallet jacks.
• Pick correct products, label them, and load pallets onto trucks according to zone and location standards.
• Follow food safety procedures to ensure products are handled safely and inspected for damages.
• Report equipment issues or product concerns to management promptly.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Adhere to a predictable attendance schedule and work overtime as needed.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., safety shoes).

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Forklift and pallet jack certification/license
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices and food safety guidelines
