As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders at all levels to hire well, model our inclusive culture and solve problems; both big and small. We are seeking candidates experienced in- recruitment, employee relations problem resolution, HR compliance, building team morale and increasing diversity, equity and inclusion. What's unique about this HRBP role This position serves approximate 350 clients on corporate teams and in sites on the west coast. It partners with a great mix of business and clinical teams. (i.e. Marketing, Publishing, Mental Health, The Betty Ford Center) It is fast-paced work where no two days are alike. You will work with incredibly smart and dedicated people to make decisions in the best interest of our mission, our patients and our employees. Ideal candidates will have approximately six years of applicable HR experience and be flexible to work a schedule that accommodates support of our West Coast facilities. (i.e. 9AM-6PM CT or 10AM-7PM CT) This specific HRBP role is both the architect and executor of three significant Leadership Development training programs. Bench Strength- A cohort-based pre-leader exploration training program of 90 days in duration. This program is operated remotely and connects over 40 employees annually. Momentum- Help design and execute the monthly leadership training for over 180+ leaders org-wide. Lead the cross-functional team who produces these trainings. Sharpen and build skills to ensure a continuously improving culture and make sure every employee feels well led. Leadership Academy- A high potential cohort of leaders who desire to grow skills and accelerate their development. This team meets over the course of fifteen months, engaging senior leaders as mentors and teachers. Join us where your work and decisions have the ability to help change lives and restore futures. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience 6-9 years of Human Resources experience. Prefer 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with experience in recruiting, training and employee relations. Preferred Qualifications SPHR/PHR Min USD $82,734.00/Yr. Max USD $116,801.00/Yr.
