Collaborate with day shift team to coordinate workflow and staffing. Take ownership of day shift processes and seek to find solutions. Make timely and effective decisions based on objectives and goals as well as addressing issues effectively and immediately as they arise. Responsible for performing the physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Manage and oversee the proper handling, storage, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Shift Details: Monday - Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM OR Completion **Schedule is subject to change per business needs. Min Requirements: 5+ years of related experience Critical Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications Required 2+ years of Leadership experience Power Industrial Equipment experience, or willing to be trained and certified Thorough knowledge of Material Handling issues Work experience in a fast-paced, distribution or warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred, picking/packing, sorting, loading/unloading, scanning, or various other warehouse functions. Strong reading, addition and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation. Knowledge of Hazmat materials Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product) Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time.
