Outreach Manager Job Location Other-Remote Office ID 2024-11112 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 8-5 Responsibilities This position is responsible for developing sales tactical plans that support regional and national business development goals and strategies. Using the support of the Business Development Department and the Marketing Department, analyzing marketing and sales results against expectations, and making recommendations for future improvements. This position is a key member of the national sales team, while responsible for supporting their local SBU and works on business development with regional accounts, transaction management of prospect list, and local outreach to key constituent groups. Also responsible for supporting (at the regional level), the Patent Care Network, public relations, Center for Public Advocacy, Graduate School, Development and Publishing strategies. Develop, implement, and manage sales/marketing programs for the assigned SBU Coordinate and collaborate with Business Development team and other members of the national sales team to execute on sales/marketing plans. Support the National marketing and sales efforts to maximize exposure to Hazelden's key marketing messages Analyze sales and marketing results against marketing program expectations Responsible for national outreach to key constituent groups and for tactically supporting strategies that builds value at the national level Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests, and visitors Qualifications Required Qualifications: Degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or related field or 6 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree 1 year sales and marketing experience with proven results 1 year of healthcare or behavioral health experience Familiarity with addiction/recovery principles Experience with CRM Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Organizational skills Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience in healthcare or behavioral health field Experience with formal public speaking and education beyond sales pitches Advanced degree Min USD $82,734.00/Yr.
