Position Purpose: The Program Manager Enterprise Sales ensures effective, timely management of programs and projects to drive revenue and profitability. The Program Manager Enterprise Sales coordinates launches of new clients, as well as development opportunities with the existing client base by professionally managing and coordinating internal and external processes in a manner that reflects the requirements of the National Account team, the Executive Management team and Shred-it operational processes. Additionally, the Program Manager Enterprise Sales tracks and coordinates the implementation of small and medium projects along with new rollouts. Key Job Activities: * Manage national security or compliance customer questionnaires. * Manage national renewal implementation. * Manage the national account Shred-it implementation. * Manage the building of the Shred-it national account quarterly business review data. * Take minutes & assign action items for projects. * Manage the implementation of fill rate tracking for customers. * Run general reports for National Account Managers. * Oversee national process improvement projects. * Ensure that various commercial managers are equipped with the necessary tools and support to be successful with their projects and initiatives. * Assist in updating results, prepare data, reporting, and assist with any follow up activities. * Assist with tracking and communicating results of various projects. * Leads the coordination to define the requirements and scope of projects. * Schedules tasks, deadlines and key milestones. * Meets with business sponsors on a regular basis to communicate project progress and discuss issues. * Resolves issues with the appropriate level of management. * Analyze and interprets complex production and processes. * Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
