You must be located in one of the following areas - Dallas, Texas, De Pere, Wisconsin, Columbus, Ohio, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Chicago, Illinois, or Detroit, Michigan. This is a remote, work-from-home role and travel is approximately 20%. The Role: The Senior HR Business Partner ("HRBP") serves as an influential people partner, advising business operations leaders in Cox Automotive's Mobility Fleet Services. The Sr. HRBP plays a key role in implementing the HR strategy and programs in support of short-term and long-term business goals with the overall goal of attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent. The Sr. HRBP provides consultation and advice on organization design, talent development, workforce planning, succession management, rewards, training, leadership development, and performance management. This role also serves as the client face of People Solutions, acting as interface and liaison with other People Solutions groups (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development/Training, HRTS, Compensation and Benefits). Responsibilities: Help lead people strategy opportunities and choices to compete and succeed. Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain Team Members. Collaborate with and influence leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business priorities through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organizational effectiveness through structure, process, value stream, reward and recognition and management mechanisms.
